Holiday Farm Fire (10/24) Update
Aqua Gardens Villa and the surrounding property escaped damage from the Holiday Farm wildfire that has scarred so much of our beloved McKenzie River Valley. Electrical power has been restored to the Villa and much of the Upper McKenzie Community not damaged by the wildfire. We have installed Viasat internet at the Guest House that will be our backup broadband connection until Spectrum service is restored. Although there is still no ‘landline’ phone service from Century Link, cell phone use through the the internet connection is once again functional! We want to thank all of the well wishers and so many of our past guess who have checked in with us to be sure we are all right. This gated property offers country privacy yet is located within 5 miles of 3 amazing restaurants, 2 miles from Tokatee Golf Course, and only 36 miles from Hoodoo Ski Area. McKenzie Bridge is just 55 miles west of Sisters, Oregon. We now accept direct bookings for the Aqua Gardens Villa Guest House. We currently prefer to avoid the AirBNB/VRBO vacation rental mills to allow for lower rates and greater flexibility for our guests. You can help us by spreading the word and letting friends and relatives know that we are here! We are working very hard on developing the surrounding grounds to accommodate events, weddings, and other large gatherings in the near future! Ask us about our progress the next time you visit!

The Pool House is large enough for comfortable and relaxing gatherings and features a Steam Room, bathroom w/shower, kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer and serving and sitting counter, a 60″ Television, and Sound bar.
(Additional times are subject to availability and may only be used during the time of your stay with us. The pool may not be available during the winter months.)
To request a stay:
- Enter your Name, Email, and Phone Number.
- Select the expected number of guests for your stay.
- Use the Calendar to:
- Select your desired Check-In date.
- Select your desired Check-Out date.
- (Please note that there is a 2 Day Minimum. Your checkout date should be the last day shown under “Selected Dates”)
- Download and review the rental agreement.
The cost of your stay, including deposit and tax will be calculated and displayed based on the dates you select. The State & County Room Tax rate is 9.5%. Once you have confirmed the cost and dates, check the terms acceptance box and click ‘Send’. PLEASE NOTE: Although you will have the opportunity to pay for your stay immediately, we recommend that you wait for confirmation of your reservation unless you have already been in touch with us. We will respond to your request as soon as possible!
